Raw Berry and Chocolate Torte

Instructions
- Soak the cashews in water for 2 hours and then drain.
- Blend the walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped, then mix with lemon zest.
- Blend the coconut oil and dried berries, then combine with the walnut mixture.
- Press the mixture into a springform cake tin and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Blend all filling ingredients in the food processor until smooth.
- Remove the base from the freezer and spread the filling over it.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour until set.
- Decorate with extra berries before serving.
