Raw Chocolate Orange Torte

The filling

Instructions
- Grease a 9- or 10-inch springform pan with coconut oil.
- Process the almonds, dates, and cacao powder in a food processor until the mixture forms a dough.
- Form the dough into a ball and press it into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Blend all filling ingredients in a blender until rich and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour the filling into the crust and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Freeze the torte for 8 hours.
- Transfer the pan to the fridge at least 1 ½ hours before serving to defrost.
- Remove the sides of the springform pan and cut the torte into slices.
- Return the torte to the fridge to continue defrosting for at least an hour before serving.
