The marinade

lightly whisked for sealing purposes
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry and marinate with ginger juice and other marinade ingredients for 20 minutes.
- Add chopped scallion and red chili to the marinated shrimp.
- Wrap each shrimp with a spring roll skin.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the shrimp until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
