The stir-fry

Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp and pat dry, then marinate with salt and white pepper for 15 minutes.
- Mix the frying batter ingredients until well combined, then coat the shrimp in the batter.
- Heat oil in a wok to 350°F (175°C) and deep-fry the shrimp until light golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the shrimp and drain excess oil.
- In a skillet, heat oil and stir-fry green onion and chili for a few seconds, then add the fried shrimp and season with salt and white pepper.
- Stir well and serve immediately.
