Instructions
- Rinse and pat the shrimp dry, then set aside.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then set aside.
- Mix all frying batter ingredients in a bowl until smooth, then coat the shrimp with the batter.
- Heat oil in a wok or saucepan to 350°F (170°C) for deep frying.
- Gently drop the shrimp into the oil, ensuring they do not stick together, and fry until golden brown.
- Remove the fried shrimp and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Add the sauce to the wok and stir until it thickens, then add the fried shrimp and coat them with the sauce.
- Garnish with white sesame seeds and serve immediately.
