Instructions
- Mix the cake ingredients together until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
- Refrigerate the cake dough for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- For the frosting, whisk together yogurt, powdered sugar, coconut flour, salt, milk, and vanilla until smooth and refrigerate.
- For the cookie dough, combine the ingredients and fold in the mini M&Ms, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Bake the cake for 18-20 minutes and let it cool completely.
- Ice the cooled cake with the prepared frosting and top with cookie dough balls.
