Instructions
- Combine dates and remaining ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse to mix, then scrape down the sides.
- Blend for about 3 minutes until the mixture clumps together.
- Measure out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.
- Optionally, roll the balls in coconut flakes.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture or press into a baking dish to cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
