Cherry Chocolate Energy Bites

Instructions
- Combine dates, almonds, cherries, and sea salt in a food processor and process until crumbly.
- With the processor running, gradually add water until the mixture forms a ball.
- Turn off the processor and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into balls or press into a lined 8x8-inch pan.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
