Instructions
- Place almonds, almond butter, and pitted dates in a food processor or high-powered blender.
- Process for 4-6 minutes until the mixture starts to come together, scraping the sides as necessary.
- Test the dough by pressing it together; if it doesn't hold, add a bit more almond butter or water.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in the mini-chocolate chips.
- With oiled hands, form the dough into small balls.
- Store the bites in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
