Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups raw whole almonds
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup pitted dates
  • cup dairy-free mini-chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place almonds, almond butter, and pitted dates in a food processor or high-powered blender.
  2. Process for 4-6 minutes until the mixture starts to come together, scraping the sides as necessary.
  3. Test the dough by pressing it together; if it doesn't hold, add a bit more almond butter or water.
  4. Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in the mini-chocolate chips.
  5. With oiled hands, form the dough into small balls.
  6. Store the bites in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
