Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 12-count muffin tin with coconut oil.
- In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients for the cookie base.
- Scoop the dough into each muffin spot, pressing down in the center for filling space.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely for about 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove each bite from the tin using a toothpick or knife.
- Fill each bite with almond butter and top with fresh raspberries.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week in an airtight container.
