Instructions
- Chop the toffee and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add almond meal, coconut flour, and chocolate chips, then mix well.
- Incorporate the almond butter and stir the mixture together.
- Gradually add maple syrup, adjusting the amount based on the flour used.
- Mix in the vanilla extract thoroughly using your hands.
- Form the mixture into balls about 1 to 1.5 inches in size and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the bites for 20-30 minutes, then transfer them to a Ziplock bag.
- Dust the frozen bites with cinnamon, coconut sugar, or pumpkin spice if desired.
- Store in a covered container or Ziplock bag in the fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.
