Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until a paste forms, leaving some bits of almonds for texture.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate the balls for about an hour to set, or enjoy them immediately.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
