Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onions and peppers until softened.
- Coat the shrimp in flour and add them to the skillet once the veggies are ready.
- Cook the shrimp until curled, pink, and golden brown, then add soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Blend all mayo ingredients until smooth.
- Heat tortillas to soften and assemble tacos with shrimp, veggies, cheese, mayo, and cilantro.
