Shrimp Tacos

Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté sliced bell peppers and minced garlic for 4-5 minutes.
- Cook bacon according to package instructions.
- Remove bell peppers from the skillet and add shrimp.
- Add lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper to the shrimp, stirring well.
- Cook shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Add the bell peppers back to the skillet and sprinkle with cilantro.
- Heat tortillas in a damp paper towel in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
- Divide shrimp, peppers, and bacon among the tortillas and top with remaining cilantro and avocado slices.
