Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Add the shrimp to the mixture and toss to coat.
- Cook the shrimp in a medium skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Transfer the shrimp to a covered dish to keep warm.
- In another bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
- Assemble the tacos with cooked shrimp, avocado, slaw mixture, and sour cream.
- Add optional garnishes and serve hot.
