For the Guacamole

Instructions
- Prepare all taco fillings and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a medium-sized pot, add black beans, and warm through. Stir to coat beans and reduce heat to low, cooking for 15 minutes or until soft.
- Prepare guacamole by mashing avocados with guacamole mix, onion, and cilantro until desired consistency.
- Char tortillas over an open flame using metal tongs, cooking for 15-20 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by adding bean mix and toppings to the tortillas.
