The tacos

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Drain and rinse the black beans, and drain the refried beans and canned tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, refried beans, tomatoes, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt.
- Lay out flour tortillas on a baking sheet without overlapping.
- Scoop ¼ cup of filling onto half of each tortilla and spread it slightly.
- Sprinkle cheese over the filling.
- Fold the tacos over and press down gently.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, flipping halfway through if desired.
- The tacos are done when golden and crispy.
