Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the taco shells.
- Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of beans into each shell and add hot sauce if desired.
- Top the beans with grated cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until warmed through.
- While baking, prepare the toppings: dice the tomato, slice the avocado, and chop the cilantro and scallions.
- Garnish the baked tacos with the fresh toppings and serve.
