Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the crema ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Place the tortillas on the lined sheet pan, spray or brush lightly with oil, and flip them over so the unoiled side faces up.
- Sprinkle half of each tortilla with cheese, layer on carnitas, top with more cheese, and bake for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Fold the tortillas in half, press gently, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy and beginning to brown.
- Top with all the toppings and serve with avocado lime crema.
