Instructions
- Reheat the carnitas in the microwave if they are cold.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave covered with a damp paper towel.
- For Classic Tacos I, layer each tortilla with ½ cup carnitas, cilantro, and white onion, then add a squeeze of lime juice.
- For Classic Tacos II, add ½ cup carnitas, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream to each tortilla.
- For Breakfast Tacos, whisk eggs and milk, scramble in a skillet, then top tortillas with ½ cup carnitas, scrambled eggs, salsa, and cheese.
