Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté diced onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground beef, taco seasoning, and green chilis, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, and lime juice until melted.
- Prepare tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 1 minute.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and top with remaining cheese, then close gently.
- Place tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn on the broiler for an additional 2 minutes until crispy.
- Serve garnished with cilantro, guacamole, or avocado lime crema.
