The tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
- Mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create taco seasoning.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain any grease.
- Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine, then mix in the shredded cheese.
- Warm half of the tortillas in the microwave until pliable, then fill each with beef mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet and mist the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
