Creamy Black Bean Taquitos

Instructions
- Rinse and drain the black beans and diced green chiles, then slice the green onions.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, black beans, green chiles, green onions, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Stack 5 tortillas, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for about 20 seconds to soften.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, then fill each tortilla with about 2 Tbsp of the filling and roll tightly.
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking oil to the skillet and heat until shimmering. Place the taquitos seam side down and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Repeat the process in batches until all taquitos are cooked. Serve hot.
