Ingredients

The Burritos

  • 4 pieces burrito tortillas
  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 3 cups shredded carnitas
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Optional Toppings

  • to taste salsa
  • to taste sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread refried beans on each tortilla, almost to the edges.
  3. Layer the remaining ingredients evenly on the tortillas.
  4. Tuck in the ends of each tortilla and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled burritos seam side down in the baking dish.
  6. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
