Freezer-Friendly Bean Burritos

black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- Cook the brown rice by bringing it and water to a boil, then simmer until water is absorbed.
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread refried beans, black beans, cheddar cheese, brown rice, and salsa onto each tortilla.
- Wrap each burrito tightly by folding in the sides and rolling it up.
- To eat immediately, bake in a greased casserole dish at 400ºF for about 20 minutes or pan fry in olive oil until golden brown.
- To freeze, wrap each burrito in tin foil and remove air.
- To reheat from frozen, bake in the oven at 350ºF for 50-55 minutes or microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds on each side.
