Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large saucepan with salt and pepper.
- Drain excess grease and add the remaining filling ingredients, mixing to combine and heating through.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then spread filling on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll the burrito closed.
- Wrap each burrito in plastic wrap and place in freezer bags to freeze.
- To reheat, unwrap and microwave for one minute, then poke holes and heat in intervals until hot.
