Refried Bean Burrito

Ingredients

The filling

  • 3 cups refried beans
  • 1 ½ cups dairy free shredded cheese

The wrap

  • 6 pieces burrito sized tortillas

Instructions

  1. Add ½ cup of refried beans to each tortilla.
  2. Top with ½ cup of cheese.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly to seal the filling.
  4. Place the burrito seam side down in a frying pan and cook on medium low for about 5 minutes until the seam is sealed and the tortilla is deep brown.
  5. Flip the burrito and brown the other side for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the burritos warm.
