Instructions
- Warm the tortillas.
- Heat the refried beans.
- Heat the corn.
- To prepare each burrito, place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread ⅓ cup of refried beans over the center.
- Top with ¼ cup of corn, ¼ cup of cabbage, 2 halved cherry tomatoes, 2 slices of avocado, and 1 sprig of cilantro.
- Roll the burrito and slice it in half.
- Serve each burrito with 2 tablespoons of salsa.
- Garnish with additional toppings as desired.
