Homemade Salsa, Tomatillo Salsa, or Corn Salsa
Instructions
- Prepare the beans by mixing black beans, lime juice, taco seasoning, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Cook the peppers in olive oil in a skillet until soft and browned.
- Assemble the burritos by layering spinach, rice, beans, peppers, guacamole, pickled onions, cilantro, and jalapeños on the tortillas.
- Fold the tortillas to close the burritos and serve with salsa.
