Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut sweet potatoes into matchsticks and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the fries and toss again.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
- While the fries are baking, mix all dip ingredients in a bowl and chill in the fridge.
- Serve the fries immediately with the honey-lime dip.
