Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the sweet potatoes by cutting off the ends and slicing them into fries.
- Place the fries on the sheet pan, drizzle with oil, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss again, and spread into a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden on the bottoms, then flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cumin and chile powder, then bake for 1 more minute.
- For the dip, combine all dip ingredients in the yogurt container.
- Serve the fries with the garlicky yogurt dip.
