Ingredients

The fries

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon neutral high-heat oil
  • 1 teaspoon neutral high-heat oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon chile powder

The dip

  • 1 container Chobani non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the sweet potatoes by cutting off the ends and slicing them into fries.
  3. Place the fries on the sheet pan, drizzle with oil, and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss again, and spread into a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden on the bottoms, then flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cumin and chile powder, then bake for 1 more minute.
  7. For the dip, combine all dip ingredients in the yogurt container.
  8. Serve the fries with the garlicky yogurt dip.
