Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease two baking sheets.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place sliced sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
- Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, then add the seasoning mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on the two baking sheets.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the fries to the opposite side.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
