Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad

Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by combining all the ingredients in a jar and shaking until well mixed.
- Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts, removing any outer leaves and tough ends, then shred them.
- Pour half of the vinaigrette over the shredded Brussels sprouts and mix well, letting it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining salad ingredients to the Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and add the rest of the vinaigrette.
- Toss everything to combine and let the salad marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
