Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Pastry Bundles

The pastry

frozen puff pastry, defrosted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth, then add 1 ½ ounces of cheese and cook until thickened.
- Steam the broccoli in a microwave for 2 minutes or until tender.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a 10”x14” rectangle and cut into 6 equal squares.
- Spread cheese sauce on each pastry square, leaving the corners bare.
- Top with broccoli and chicken, then drizzle with remaining cheese sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and brush with egg wash.
- Chill the pastries for 10 minutes, then bake for 20 minutes until golden.
