Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then stir in the flour, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking until smooth, then increase heat to medium and add the shredded cheese, whisking until thickened.
- Steam the broccoli in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until tender.
- Combine the chicken, broccoli, and cheese sauce in the baking dish, then fold in the biscuit pieces.
