Cheesy Broccoli Bake

Instructions
- Steam the broccoli until bright green and tender, then drain and transfer to a baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then whisk in the flour gradually.
- Add the milk gradually while whisking until smooth, then heat until warmed.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, mustard powder, and 6 oz of shredded cheese until melted and thickened.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli and mix to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes until melted.
