Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor, combine the white beans, applesauce, guar gum, flax meal, cashew milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla liquid stevia, vanilla extract, honey or coconut sugar, sea salt, and ghee or coconut oil, and puree until smooth.
- Add the tapioca or potato starch, brown rice flour, baking soda, and baking powder to the mixture and blend until combined.
- Drop the mixture onto a greased baking sheet in tall piles.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
