Instructions
- Mix the wet almond meal, egg, honey, vanilla stevia, coconut flour, brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda together until well combined.
- Knead the mixture into a dough.
- Roll the dough to about ¾ inch thickness.
- Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Bake the biscuits at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
