Almond & Buckwheat Gluten Free Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wet almond meal
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla liquid stevia
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup brown rice flour
  • ¼ cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Mix the wet almond meal, egg, honey, vanilla stevia, coconut flour, brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda together until well combined.
  2. Knead the mixture into a dough.
  3. Roll the dough to about ¾ inch thickness.
  4. Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter.
  5. Bake the biscuits at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
