Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the chopped butter and blend into the flour mixture until crumbly.
- Mix in the milk, eggs, and shredded cheese until just combined.
- Drop ¼ cup portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2-3 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and brush with melted butter if desired.
