Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and sea salt.
- Add the egg, heavy cream, and melted butter, stirring until uniform. Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, forming rounded biscuit shapes and leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 12-16 minutes until golden and semi-firm.
- Allow the biscuits to cool for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Mix the topping ingredients and brush over the biscuits before serving.
