Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: cheddar, eggs, egg whites, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until lump-free.
- Drop the batter by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into a greased muffin tin.
- Sprinkle the tops with the remaining shredded cheddar.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
