Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal/flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal/flour
  • ½ cup coconut milk or regular milk
  • 2 units eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until uniformly combined.
  3. Lay parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  4. Using a tablespoon, drop the batter onto the cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
