Paleo Butter Cookies

agave nectar or honey

Instructions
- 1. Pulse together almond flour and salt in a food processor.
- 2. Add butter, honey, and vanilla, and pulse until well combined.
- 3. Separate the dough into 2 balls and place each on parchment paper.
- 4. Cover each ball with another piece of parchment paper and roll out to ¼ inch thick.
- 5. Place the rolled dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- 6. Use a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut out cookies.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
- 8. Cool and serve.
