Paleo Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
The cookie dough

blanched almond flour

celtic sea salt

baking soda

The wet ingredients

cup
coconut oil, melted

cup
honey or agave nectar

tablespoon
orange zest
Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
- Mix together coconut oil, honey, and orange zest in a small bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
- Separate the dough into 2 balls and place each on parchment paper.
- Cover each ball with another piece of parchment paper and roll out to ¼ inch thick.
- Place the rolled dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out cookies.
- Bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
