Easy Paleo Sugar Cookie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix the egg, honey, coconut oil, almond extract, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Knead the mixture until a ball forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to about ¼ to ½ inch thick and cut with cookie cutters.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Allow cookies to cool completely before decorating.
- For icing, mix powdered sugar, water, and food coloring, then use a ziplock bag for easy decorating.
