Wet Ingredients

grapeseed oil or palm shortening

yacon syrup
Instructions
- 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2. Stir together the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- 4. Scoop the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, 1 tablespoon at a time, and gently press.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 6-10 minutes.
- 6. Cool and serve.
