Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil or palm shortening
  • ¼ cup yacon syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Stir together the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Scoop the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, 1 tablespoon at a time, and gently press.
  5. 5. Bake at 350°F for 6-10 minutes.
  6. 6. Cool and serve.
