Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour and coconut flour.
- Add baking soda, spices, and salt to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes and let cool completely.
