Biscuits with Almond Flour

Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, blend together coconut oil, eggs, and honey.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to ¾-inch thick.
- Dust the dough with extra almond flour if it is sticky.
- Cut the dough into biscuits using a mason jar with a 2½-inch wide mouth.
- Transfer the biscuits to a parchment paper lined baking sheet using a metal baking spatula.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, until the biscuits are browned on the bottom edges.
- Serve the biscuits.
