Ingredients

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup almond flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, blend together coconut oil, eggs, and honey.
  3. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to ¾-inch thick.
  5. Dust the dough with extra almond flour if it is sticky.
  6. Cut the dough into biscuits using a mason jar with a 2½-inch wide mouth.
  7. Transfer the biscuits to a parchment paper lined baking sheet using a metal baking spatula.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, until the biscuits are browned on the bottom edges.
  9. Serve the biscuits.
