Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, sea salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, stir together softened coconut oil, eggs, and honey, then combine with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Stir in the raisins and scoop out 8 portions of dough, shaping them into biscuits.
- Place the biscuit dough on a lined baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes.
- Allow the biscuits to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the frosting, whip together coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt until creamy, then spread on the cooled biscuits.
