Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin or apple butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2-3 tablespoon chopped nuts and seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil and milk to the dry mixture and mix until a thick batter forms.
  3. Pat the mixture into coated muffin pans.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
